Brenda has 15+ years of experience as a Corporate Controller/CFO for a number of fast-paced, entrepreneurial organizations involved in retail, manufacturing and distribution including Alfred Sung/Club Monaco, FMH Canada (exclusive distributor of Fisher Skis/Dynafit Boots), Marci Lipman Apparel and Capcom Interactive Canada.

More recently, a founding partner of Phelan & Stodulski CGA, a medium-sized accounting, tax and management consulting practice Brenda served clients from a diverse range of industries including retail, manufacturing, construction, distribution, design and consulting services.

Brenda is a business generalist with a proven track record of managing change with a broad perspective who thrives on working hard with smart people on projects that matter.

Brenda received her BA from York University in Economics and is both a Certified General Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. Brenda is currently working on her certification for the Canadian Institute of Management Consultants (CAMC). Brenda is a certified QuickBooks, BusinessVision, Simply Accounting and MYOB consultant.
